oRun regional delivering freight from the distribution center in Ashley IN to stores in IL, IN, OH, and MI
oWill go to Detroit, Chicago and Cleveland - driver must be will to drive those routes as needed.
oMulti-stop deliveries.
o41 cpm (avg 1113 miles/wk) - increase 1 cpm after 6 months
o$35 stop (avg 11/wk)
o$105 per trailer for unload (avg 3/wk)
o$1200 weekly avg
o$63,000 yearly avg - top earners can earn up to $70,000
o2 weeks of account specific training at $175 per day.
oBe home weekly for time off.
oDrivers are off 1.5-2 days per week - generally:
All will be home Fri morning & leave Sat night or Sun morning
oDrivers need to leave the night before and get to their store by 8 pm and get a full 10 hour break to unload at 6 am, so if they are scheduled on a Mon run, they have to leave Sunday afternoon to make it to their store the night before.
