$25.00 Attendance Bonus and Monthly Gainshare eligibility.
Long Term
Ability to work overtime. Must be able to work independently or as a team member. Be able to sit or stand for 8
hours. Must be able to work overtime if required.
1. Prior industrial hand spray application of liquid primer and top coat with a paint gun preferred.
2. Must be self motivated and able to work independently, and as a team member.
3. Be able to stand for up to 12 hours a day.
4. Must have color recognition
5. Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
6. Ability to work with Fiberglass.
7. Must be able to work overtime as required. Daily and weekend overtime required.
This hourly position will require a hand spray application of liquid primer and top coat with a paint gun on plastic composite parts with fiberglass reinforcement on an overhead conveyor paint line. This will require overhead work, and color recognition, as well as lifting up to 75 pounds. Prior hand spray gun application experience in a manufacturing environment with a moving line is preferred.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
